Character Development - Ethan - Dark Moon Pack

I have been molded to be Alpha my whole life. My father taught me and my brother Emory everything we needed to know about being Alpha, but me mostly. It was tradition to have the second in line train as well, but Emory was not very… attentive. He only pitched up because it was expected of him.

I did not expect my father to suddenly retire. I thought he would be Alpha for at least ten to fifteen years before I had to take over.

He was… is doing it for my mother. She always had a passion for the history of the packs, and in her spare time she studied the history of our pack. My father surprised her by retiring and taking her and my siblings on a tour of the packs around us.

Now, every Alpha needs a Luna, his mate. Soulmate. I have not found mine yet so the position was wide open. I could not ask any of the pack mates. The girls… woman may get the wrong idea and think that I may be interested.

I am not. I am waiting for my Soulmate.

So, I asked my sister Emily to be my ‘Acting Luna’. I have a feeling she wanted to join my parents but she never said anything and agreed immediately to help me. Of course, Emory stayed as well. The Twins are close, but he also stayed for his work with the wolves.
